My hope for the church is to see her being driven by the Word of God rather than transient culture.

That the Church would adhere to the teachings of the first Apostles and not compromise the Word of God and quench the Holy Spirit of God and profess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father, the only Way the Only Truth and to be " Holy as I am Holy" as scripture clearly teaches. We need to say what we mean and mean what we say, that "all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God" and that" if you confess with your mouth that Jesus IS Lord and Believe that God raised Him from the dead YOU shall be saved".Finally according to apostle Paul when he wrote the Ephesian letter chapter 4 is the goal of the Church and needs to be returned to...

I yearn for the inescapable sense of the very presence of the Lord Jesus among us every time the church gathers, so the hurting and failing will instinctively feel welcomed and be revitalized to represent Him out in the world where we live.

My hope for the church is that we would renew our mission to be God's redemptive people for the world, sent into the world to be salt and light for the cities.

My hope for the church is that we genuinely be the hands and feet of Christ so that we can reach those who are hurting and lost, and to show love and grace to those who do not believe they need a Savior.

That the church (its people) will recognize that it's not about personalities, buildings or denominations but it is about reflecting the one and only Almighty God who by the free gift of His son Jesus Christ works through us by His Holy Spirit to patiently and persistently declare His glory and Kingdom until He returns. By His grace may we have the strength and courage to do His will as detailed in the gift of scripture.

My hope for the church is that we would walk in line with Isaiah 58. We would seek justice, care for the widows and orphans, feed the poor, comfort the lonely, reach this hurting world with the love of Jesus. And to bring hope where there is no hope. My hope for the church is we would be as radical as the first church, turning our nation upside down for Christ, and taking back this land and people for Him.

My hope is that the Church will grow increasingly active inside and outside of its "church" buildings. That members of these local churches would extend itself into their local communities, becoming a source of encouragement and support to the lost. And when they congregate inside the church, I hope it would be a place for discipleship, unfiltered Biblical truth, and genuine worship of the God who holds everything together.

My hope for the church is that we will stop limiting ourselves and trust more in the power of the Holy Spirit! He IS alive and part of us, yet we tend to ignore Him and fail to access His power that is available to us. We NEED Him to be able to go out and seek the lost!!

My hope for the church is that through our service others would not only come to know and accept the Lord but serve the Lord. My hope is a true revival that results in changed hearts, changed minds and transformed individuals. A church that doesn't talk church but does church.
